"My son and I went for his consultation yesterday with Dr. Hardison in Murfreesboro. We live in Smyrna but wanted to do the consult in Murfreesboro since my son was out of school and Dr. Hardison was in Murfreesboro yesterday. What a great experience! I was so grateful that Paige made my son and I both feel very comfortable from the beginning. My son is a teenager and would never tell you he was nervous, but he was. She was so very friendly and happy to answer any and all questions we both had. Dr. Hardison was exactly what we needed. Excellent bedside manner and also willing to answer any and all questions. I feel so relieved that even before my son's procedure, we feel comfortable with what will happen. "While my son and daughter were playing(sliding on the floor with socks) my daughter fell right on her teeth. It was a traumatic experienceāboth physically and emotionally but soon after she took it bravely. My husband and I took her to the er Monday, and saw Dr. Faiz at the Murfreesboro Childrenās Dentistry on Tuesday whom referred us to Dr. Mark Hardisonāwhom we saw Thursday. While my daughter sleeps, more soāshe is having a difficult time post surgery,(hard time eating) I wanted to take the time to thank all the nurses who treated us with empathy and compassion. The nurses took an x-rayāand soon after the doctor had a plan which made me feel she was in good hands. Surgery went well and Dr. Hardison came out before I had the chance to start worrying. šš¼āļøššæThank you all and thank you God for kind hearted nurses and doctors."

"Excellent experience. Iām no fan of having dental work done but needed to have my wisdom teeth removed. My husband had his done a few years prior here as well and had a great experience so I felt comfortable knowing it went well for him. The dr and staff were all very sweet and friendly. The consult went great and I felt reassured that this was going to be an easy procedure. The surgery itself was super fast, I got hooked up to the IV and thatās all I remember lol. I had hardly any swelling or pain and everything is healing nicely. I just followed the detailed aftercare instructions they gave me along with taking the pain medications and felt great. "Tooth implant surgery. I broke my tooth some time ago and I procrastinated because it was not an emergency. My regular dentist recommended Dr. Warden and I couldnāt be more pleased. Dr. Warden and staff have been wonderful. Clear explanations and communications throughout the process. The procedure was not pain free, of course, but was a lot less than my expectations. I only needed Ibuprofen for the first couple of days after the extraction and buildup. I highly recommend Dr. Warden and Middle Tennessee Oral & Implant Surgery!"

"NEW UPDATE: I was seen first thing today by Dr. Hardison. It was a night and day difference between the doctors. He compassionately listened to my problems, did a thorough exam (with gloves), had an idea as to what is causing my pain, and was willing to work with me to find a solution. I now have a plan in place and a follow up appointment scheduled to see if it's working or whether we need to try something else. I would recommend seeing Dr. Hardison if you come to Middle TN Oral & Implant Surgery. UPDATE: The office called within 30 minutes of posting my review, offering to get me in to see the original Dr. who was on my referral. I will update my review after that appointment. 10/10 to the office staff who provided exemplary customer service. I have raised my rating based on the office staff alone. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I have no complaints about the office staff or the dental assistants. I was originally referred to a particular Dr. at the Smryna office, but they were unable to see me until January. I was instead scheduled for the first opening for a patient consult which happened to be in Murfreesboro with Dr. Paul Warden. He spent a total of two minutes with me, barely glanced at the scans, and was insensitive and dismissive. When I explained what was going on he decided to look in my mouth with a disposable mirror, WITHOUT GLOVES ON, from an arms length away. My problem was at the very back of my mouth, and I have a very small mouth. How could he see anything from that distance away? He then proceeded to scrape at the area with the mirror and asked if that was what I was talking about. I had no mirror to see what he was actually doing, and I was greatly concerned about having gloveless hands right next to my mouth. He completely dismissed me, my symptoms and my dentist (who I trust a great deal). It would have been one thing if he had taken the time to safely and thoroughly inspect the area in question before dismissing it as nothing (I respect the profession and would trust their opinion), but that was not the case. He spent a total of 2 minutes, was completely unprofessional, and hygienically unsafe. I left that appointment with the area in question hurting from his "exam"."

He was nothing short of amazing in every aspect from my consolation and explaining literally everything, TO my actual surgery and explaining what he was doing and when he was doing it to put me at ease. I was taken straight in even though I was 45 minutes early. My first consultation was better than i thought it would be. The moment I was walked to the back, I was at ease. The young lady that took my Xrays was very polite and welcoming. I had a horrible experience the day before with my dentist trying to extract a tooth for an hour and not getting the tooth out. Dr Hardisons staff scheduled me for the next morning to be sedated and remove the tooth. The office staff all put me at ease from the beginning and Dr Hardison is a gem. One minute Iām talking to him while heās starting the sedation and the next thing I remember is looking over to see the wheel chair beside the chair, and them rolling me to the car. "This is the place for surgical tooth extraction! Absolutely painless experience. I only needed topical anesthetic, and didn't have to get the pain prescription filled. Heck, I didn't even need tylenol. I know what a bad extraction experience is, and was glad I chose Dr. Hardison this time. The shot in the roof of the mouth wasn't as bad as I anticipated, and that was the toughest part of the visit. I had the wrong appointment date, but they were able to work me in, anyway. "Yesterday I had four wisdom teeth (2 of which were impacted) removed by Dr. Jeff Warden and I can not begin to describe what a wonderful experience I have had at MTOIS. From the friendly help I received during the first phone call, to the courteous and caring treatment during the consultation, I was very impressed with the way I was treated. I am truly a dental coward but the way they took the time to answer my questions, outline the procedure, and make sure I was fully informed really helped to ease a great deal of the anxiety I normally would have experienced. My procedure was done under IV anesthetic and lasted about an hour. I drifted off gently and the next thing I remember I was getting in the car for the ride home. I am 36 years old which is a bit later in life to have your wisdom teeth removed, and I was cautioned that I may not bounce back as quickly as those in their teens or early twenties, but my recovery process has been nothing short of absolutely amazing thus far. If you are in need of a great oral surgeon for any complicated dental procedure then I highly recommend you give Dr. Jeff Warden and the staff at Middle Tennessee Oral and Implant Surgery a call."
"My husband had to see him to have some wisdom teeth removed. He was really nice. My husband HATES going to the dentist, and I wish this guy was just a dentist and not an oral surgeon! My husband who can find something wrong with ANY dentist thought he was great and I did too. He didn't spend a lot of time with us, but he didn't have to, he was very clear, really easy going, and was just a normal, nice guy. Not like most of the dentist/doctor's we've had experience with.
