"The entire staff at the office is wonderful. Very compassionate and professional. My three year old was seen and they loved on her so much. They took great care of her. I’m very thankful for Dr. Mark and Leslie for taking care of her at the surgery center. She said she wasn’t scared at all. And a big thanks to Paige for snuggling with her during the consult. Every single staff member was amazing, so courteous, patient and efficient. Dr. Hardison was everything I heard he would be. "I went to Middle Tennessee Oral & Implant Surgery on Monday, February 16th, 2026 to have two front teeth extracted. I arrived for my 8:15 AM appointment a little early and was taken back shortly thereafter for my consultation. The consultation was fairly brief, but thorough. After the consultation X-rays were taken and I was taken to the room where the procedure would take place. Everyone was extremely kind, professional, and upbeat. Dr. Mark Hardison then came in and numbed me up. Once he began the procedure, it was done with quickness and professionalism. I was given instructions, both oral and written, as to what to do and what to expect in the following hours and days after the surgery. In my estimation, I don’t see how I could have had a more positive experience for a procedure that most people consider very unpopular. I would highly, highly recommend Dr. Mark Hardison and his professional staff should you need oral surgery!"

Before the implant procedure began I had all medication I might need in hand.. nothing worse than having to go to a pharmacy after the fact! Secondly no waiting ..thirdly .. I have spent my fair share of time in the dentist chair dreading pain and experiencing it..not so in this office.. amazing anesthetics and truly I felt nothing ..and most amazingly despite drilling into my jawbone and screwing a post into it ..no pain after! And I'm astonished that merely an hour later no bleeding either It's astounding!! So on a scale of 1 to 10. .. 100!! Thankyou for everything"

"They brought me to a room to go over some stuff and asked me to watch a video about wisdom teeth removal. Once I was sat in the chair, they did an IV, did blood pressure. Once Dr Mark Hardison was in, I was put to sleep immediately and before I knew it, I was in a wheelchair with some gauze in my mouth and ready to go home. The procedure did not take him long to do. I was in and out. I can honestly say, there is very little pain and this is my 2nd day of having my wisdom teeth out! Definitely recommend going here!"

"I do not do well at any dentist appointment. Middle TN Oral and Implant Surgery were AMAZING. I was nervous at first, but that didn’t last long. The IV wasn’t even too bad. I don’t like needles at all, and she talked me right through it. I definitely recommend going here for an oral surgery needed. They are kind, nice, friendly, and an amazing bunch of people to work with…and have work on your mouth. In all honestly, I don’t really remember anything after the shot, and that’s the way I wanted it to be!!! Wonderful place to go for dental work!!!"
