"Ok ..im actually happy to do this because I feel I have never been so well treated dentally as I have been by Dr Warden and his staff. Before the implant procedure began I had all medication I might need in hand.. nothing worse than having to go to a pharmacy after the fact! Secondly no waiting ..thirdly .. I have spent my fair share of time in the dentist chair dreading pain and experiencing it..not so in this office.. amazing anesthetics and truly I felt nothing ..and most amazingly despite drilling into my jawbone and screwing a post into it ..no pain after! And I'm astonished that merely an hour later no bleeding either It's astounding!! So on a scale of 1 to 10. .. 100!! Thankyou for everything"
"Getting a dental implant is a lengthy and involved process and perhaps even a little intimidating ..Dr Warden is a careful and thoughtful implant doctor . "Wow, where do I even begin??!! Dr. Warden, and his team here at MTOIS are phenomenal. I am in my mid 20’s, and needed my wisdom teeth removed. I was extremely anxious, as I never have had any surgeries prior, as well as a general fear of the dentist. First, I’d like to give a shoutout directly to Brittany! She was in charge of getting me scheduled for surgery, over at their surgery center. Brittany was extremely thorough, and eased all of my stress. She was transparent with me, and executed excellent patient care. She told me exactly what to expect, and went through the step by step process of billing so that there were no surprise expenses. Second, I’d like to thank Dr. Warden for having a charismatic bedside manner. I knew that I was not just a number to Dr. Warden, I was valued and he genuinely cared about my experience here at MTOIS and wanted me to be as comfortable and at ease as possible! "Tooth implant surgery. I broke my tooth some time ago and I procrastinated because it was not an emergency. My regular dentist recommended Dr. Warden and I couldn’t be more pleased. Dr. Warden and staff have been wonderful. Clear explanations and communications throughout the process. The procedure was not pain free, of course, but was a lot less than my expectations. I only needed Ibuprofen for the first couple of days after the extraction and buildup. I highly recommend Dr. Warden and Middle Tennessee Oral & Implant Surgery!"

"HUGE!!! Thumbs up to Dr.Warden and his amazing office staff. I was like any normal person super nervous and anxious but they were able to smooth me and comfort my every need and question. The day of the surgery was very pleasant and above all my comfort was put first the nurse’s were joking with me and keeping my stress down. They wheeled me out to my girlfriends car and told her how to go about helping me care for my extraction sites and even wrote it down along with the packet given for general knowledge. The service with this staff was above and beyond I would highly recommend anyone looking to get work done here! Again a huge thank you to all of you for all your hard work and dedication to us your patients."

"I really had a great experience, the staff were really friendly and Dr. Warden was really professional, I felt only 5 minutes passed when the surgery finished, and everything was good, post surgery I had a little swelling but I took these 2 products which really help with it, natural analgesics. "NEW UPDATE: I was seen first thing today by Dr. Hardison. It was a night and day difference between the doctors. He compassionately listened to my problems, did a thorough exam (with gloves), had an idea as to what is causing my pain, and was willing to work with me to find a solution. I now have a plan in place and a follow up appointment scheduled to see if it's working or whether we need to try something else. I would recommend seeing Dr. Hardison if you come to Middle TN Oral & Implant Surgery. UPDATE: The office called within 30 minutes of posting my review, offering to get me in to see the original Dr. who was on my referral. I will update my review after that appointment. 10/10 to the office staff who provided exemplary customer service. I have raised my rating based on the office staff alone. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I have no complaints about the office staff or the dental assistants. I was originally referred to a particular Dr. at the Smryna office, but they were unable to see me until January. I was instead scheduled for the first opening for a patient consult which happened to be in Murfreesboro with Dr. Paul Warden. He spent a total of two minutes with me, barely glanced at the scans, and was insensitive and dismissive. When I explained what was going on he decided to look in my mouth with a disposable mirror, WITHOUT GLOVES ON, from an arms length away. My problem was at the very back of my mouth, and I have a very small mouth. How could he see anything from that distance away? He then proceeded to scrape at the area with the mirror and asked if that was what I was talking about. I had no mirror to see what he was actually doing, and I was greatly concerned about having gloveless hands right next to my mouth. He completely dismissed me, my symptoms and my dentist (who I trust a great deal). It would have been one thing if he had taken the time to safely and thoroughly inspect the area in question before dismissing it as nothing (I respect the profession and would trust their opinion), but that was not the case. He spent a total of 2 minutes, was completely unprofessional, and hygienically unsafe. I left that appointment with the area in question hurting from his "exam"."

"I had got my wisdom teeth removed earlier. I so was surprised how quick it was when I woke up from iv sedating, it felt they were done in 5 mins! I barley have any swelling so far. Dr. Warden was great. The lady in the room was also very sweet. I would recommend if you need your wisdom teeth removed this is the place to go 100%. All my immediate family went here as well before and had great experiences."
"I honestly don't understand the bad reviews on this man. He was nothing short of amazing in every aspect from my consolation and explaining literally everything, TO my actual surgery and explaining what he was doing and when he was doing it to put me at ease. I understand that NOBODY LIKES PAIN, but my pain time was literally a week and they prescribed the appropriate medications to help me through that. Do yourself and DR. Jeff Warden a favor and pay no mind to the attention seekers that wrote poor reviews on him because he most definitely did not deserve them. He was amazing and so was his staff, they even called along the week after to check in and make sure I was doing okay,Like what DR's office does that? They are truly awesome!! I'd definitely recommend and will use him in the future. SURGERY DATE 8/18/2020"
"First visit was for Dr. Warden to exam me for the surgery for the removal of 6 lower teeth. I was taken straight in, no waiting.The second time was for the procedure. I was taken straight in even though I was 45 minutes early. The next thing I knew I was being wheeled out to the car.I was sore for about 3 weeks but I knew I would be.Dr. Warden is a man of few words but I didn't go there for a conversation.The office was very clean, and the staff was very courteous.I have no complaints at all."
"I could not have asked for better dental care than what I experienced yesterday at MTOIS. Dr. Warden and his staff are extremely professional, both in evaluation and surgical procedures. The staff, especially Johnni and Angel, put me at ease before surgery. They were able to see me at the appointed time, a rarity these days. "I cannot say enough wonderful things about how well the doctors, nurses and staff treated our 9 year old son. He had to have a tooth removed with sedation and because of his autism we were petrified at how this experience would be. Everyone went out of their way to accommodate all of his needs! They were very kind, patient, and compassionate to not just him but his nervous parents as well. If ever we are in need of oral surgery again I could not imagine going anywhere else! Thank you Dr. Warden and all the nurses and staff! You made a situation we have been fearing for weeks turn out to be one of the easiest medical experiences we have had with our son!"
"Yesterday I had four wisdom teeth (2 of which were impacted) removed by Dr. Jeff Warden and I can not begin to describe what a wonderful experience I have had at MTOIS. From the friendly help I received during the first phone call, to the courteous and caring treatment during the consultation, I was very impressed with the way I was treated. I am truly a dental coward but the way they took the time to answer my questions, outline the procedure, and make sure I was fully informed really helped to ease a great deal of the anxiety I normally would have experienced. My procedure was done under IV anesthetic and lasted about an hour. I drifted off gently and the next thing I remember I was getting in the car for the ride home. I am 36 years old which is a bit later in life to have your wisdom teeth removed, and I was cautioned that I may not bounce back as quickly as those in their teens or early twenties, but my recovery process has been nothing short of absolutely amazing thus far. If you are in need of a great oral surgeon for any complicated dental procedure then I highly recommend you give Dr. Jeff Warden and the staff at Middle Tennessee Oral and Implant Surgery a call."
"My husband had to see him to have some wisdom teeth removed. He was really nice. My husband HATES going to the dentist, and I wish this guy was just a dentist and not an oral surgeon! My husband who can find something wrong with ANY dentist thought he was great and I did too. He didn't spend a lot of time with us, but he didn't have to, he was very clear, really easy going, and was just a normal, nice guy. Not like most of the dentist/doctor's we've had experience with. We'll always go back to him for any dental work. Super guy."
