Dr. Jeff Warden, a Dyersburg, TN native, graduated high school in 1980 before earning a bachelor's degree from the University of Mississippi in 1984 and a Doctor of Dental Surgery from the University of Tennessee, Memphis, in 1988. After joining the army, he completed a one-year advanced education program in general dentistry at Fort Campbell in 1989 and spent five years as a general dentist. Dr. Warden went on to complete an oral and maxillofacial surgery residency at Brooke Army Medical Center in San Antonio, TX in 1999, earning a medical degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio as part of the program. He is board-certified by the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and the National Dental Board of Anesthesiology. After 21 years of active duty service, including a combat tour in Iraq, Dr. Warden retired from the Army in 2009.
Outside of work, he enjoys horseback riding and spending time outdoors with his wife and two children.
The ladies, medical staff, that took care of me and Dr Warden were wonderful. Hopefully I never have to go back but if I do I would return here. Highly recommend.

The staff was friendly and knew what they were doing. Dr Warden was very good. It seem like they started prep for IV and they were saying they were through. I was on my way home.
I would recommend MT Oral & Implant Surgery to anyone! Dr. Warden and the nurses were the absolute best. I have anxiety when it comes to the dentist and anything to do with my teeth. They made sure I was taken care of, explained everything in good detail, and were the nicest people! I’m so thankful I chose to go here.
