Jeff Warden, D.D.S., M.D.

Dr. Jeff Warden graduated from high school in Dyersburg, TN in 1980. He received a B.A. from The University of Mississippi in 1984 and a D.D.S. from The University of Tennessee, Memphis in 1988. After joining the Army, he completed an Advanced Education Program in General Dentistry (1yr) at FT Campbell in 1989 and served 5 years as a general dentist before completing an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery residency at Brooke Army Medical Center in San Antonio, TX in 1999. As part of this program he received an M.D. degree from The University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio. Dr. Warden is board certified by the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and the National Dental Board of Anesthesiology. He retired from the Army in 2009 after 21 years of active duty service, including a combat tour in Iraq. Dr. Warden enjoys riding his horse and spending time outside with his wife and 2 children.
